Working Student Marketing & Events (m/w/d) Legal Tech Colab

Published May 26, 2026

The Legal Tech Colab (LTC) is the hub for startups in the legal sector. As a non-profit initiative by UnternehmerTUM, the TUM Venture Labs, and the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice, we support our members in developing solutions to legal challenges that are better, faster, and accessible to everyone through new technologies. Our goal is to build Europe’s leading hub for internationally scalable Legal Tech startups.

Your Mission

Marketing & Communication: Support in creating content for our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, blog, newsletter, website) – from brainstorming ideas to writing and publishing.

Events & Community: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events (e.g., hackathons, workshops, networking formats). This includes coordinating with startups, caterers, and other stakeholders, as well as helping organize event spaces.

Multimedia Content: Support in the creation and design of visual materials – from banners and presentations to social media visuals. You’ll work with tools like Figma or Canva and bring your creativity to LTC’s visual communication. Interest in video recording or editing is also a plus.

Your Profile

  • You are studying Management & Technology, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Law, or a comparable field with strong academic performance.
  • You are passionate about entrepreneurship and startups. A strong interest in Legal Tech is an advantage.
  • You have the ability to independently drive and complete assigned tasks and take responsibility for their thorough execution. Initial work experience is a plus.
  • You enjoy working in a team and are eager to network with founders, companies, and members of the legal profession.
  • You are curious and not afraid of exploring new or unfamiliar topics. Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and G Suite is an advantage.
  • You are available for 15 to 20 hours per week.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English.

What we offer

  • An open environment that encourages initiative and responsibility, offering opportunities to actively contribute and shape our work.
  • An hourly wage of €16.
  • Flat hierarchies, a high degree of autonomy, and close collaboration with a dynamic and inspiring team.
  • Opportunities to network with entrepreneurs, executives, and experts in the startup and Legal Tech ecosystem — a potential springboard for your future career.
  • Diverse insights into various (legal) professions and industries.
  • Free sports activities at our locations (yoga, functional training, CrossFit, etc.).
