- Support global rollout for digitalization projects like digital maintenance with Paledo, OEE reporting and other data analytics topics (including requirements analysis and prioritisation in a complex scenario)
- Tracking of project progress including documentation and follow-up of open topics
- Creation of a central documentation hub in Confluence
- Actively participation in project meetings and discussions to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Define and validate test cases e.g. for OEE data, including preparation and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders in German and English language
- Familiarity with project management tools, collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and potentially data analysis tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to identify and solve problems independently or in a team
- Ability to gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights (e.g. test data)
- A basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and databases would be beneficial
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes
