Working Student - Offerings and Financial Controlling
in Munich
Your Tasks
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling and organizing internal training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
- Content Management: Upload, maintain, and update learning materials, course descriptions, and documentation in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with trainers, department/group leaders, and employees to ensure smooth training logistics.
- Documentation & Tracking: Help track participation, attendance, and completion records in the LMS and generate reports as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Support process optimization for learning administration and contribute ideas to enhance the Academy’s operations.

- You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, Education, or similar).
- You have strong organizational skills and pay attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working with digital tools and ideally have some experience with Learning Management Systems or are eager to learn.
- You communicate clearly and professionally in English; German is a plus.
- You enjoy being a team player and collaborating with colleagues across departments.
- You'll work with and learn a lot from leading technology pioneers - so we'll build your IP know-how and train you to be the next subject matter expert.
