Your Main Tasks
- Support in ongoing HR projects as well as in organizing employee events
- Participation in the development and implementation of communication and employer branding strategies for the location
- Support across the entire employee lifecycle through various communication channels
- International collaboration with HR teams (e.g., HR Services, Recruiting, Payroll) as well as with other departments within a global matrix structure
- Support for managers during the onboarding of new employees, as well as in preparing analyses, reports, presentations, and data processing
- Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Media Studies, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
- Initial practical experience in HR, as well as exposure to public relations or social media, is an advantage
- Open-minded, well-balanced personality with strong social and communication skills
- Reliable, structured, and self-organized way of working, combined with strong teamwork skills
- Strong service and customer orientation paired with high self-motivation
- Very good command of the local language and fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
