Deine Verantwortungsbereiche

Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption, Organisation und Überarbeitung von Trainingsmaßnahmen
Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Englischtests im Rahmen des Global English Programms
Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Organisation interner Veranstaltungen, beispielsweise von Onboarding-Events
Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen in den Bereichen Weiterbildung, IT-Systeme und Recruiting
Unterstützung bei KPI-Auswertungen sowie bei der Konsolidierung und Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen

Deine Qualifikationen

Immatrikulation in einem Studiengang der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Soziologie, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
