About
Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We're thrilled to introduce a role that sits right at the heart of how we run, digitalize, and scale our European O&M operations — the O&M Digitalization Intern. If you're passionate about data, platforms, and making complex processes run like clockwork, this one's for you. Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:
- You will support the development and maintenance of our unified O&M platform in YIDA, helping us build the digital backbone of our European service operations.
- You will assist with CRM-YIDA data integration and data verification, making sure the right information flows seamlessly between our systems.
- You will support master data management for contracts, sites, customers, and assets - keeping our data clean, structured, and reliable.
- You will help build and improve automated workflows, covering O&M handover, LTSA management, revenue tracking, and service request processes.
- You will support data ingestion and integration between YIDA, CSP, and the Insight Portal, connecting the dots across our digital ecosystem.
- You will prepare dashboards and data reports that give our O&M management team real-time visibility into operations across Europe.
- You will identify data quality issues and contribute to process automation improvements that make our team faster and smarter.
Role
All right, all right — that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
- You are currently studying Business Informatics, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Computer Science, or a related field — you bring both a business and a technical mindset to the table.
- You have a structured way of working and genuinely enjoy organizing complex information into clear, logical data structures.
- You have good analytical skills and are willing to understand both business processes and the technical logic behind the systems that support them.
- Experience with Excel, databases, low-code platforms, APIs, dashboards, or automation tools is a plus — and if you've worked with CRM systems, Python, SQL, or Power BI, even better (though not mandatory).
- You are fluent in English at C1 level; German or Chinese language skills are a plus.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with different stakeholders across departments and regions.
You will join a growing European O&M team and gain real, hands-on experience in renewable energy service operations.
