We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location at Munich.

You will become part of the Data & AI and work alongside a global team with diverse backgrounds and expertise. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data analytics, enjoys transforming data into meaningful insights, and is eager to gain exposure to the real estate industry.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development and maintenance of Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
  • Explore and leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Support data migration and system go-live activities by testing and validating data and reports across legacy and new systems to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Investigate and analyze data discrepancies using business rules, KPI definitions, and quality controls, documenting findings and recommendations in a structured manner.
  • Collaborate with business, data, and project teams to track, coordinate, and resolve data-related issues while providing regular status updates.
  • Work with industry-standard real estate market data and performance frameworks, including MSCI and INREV definitions and metrics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, testing processes, documentation standards, and quality assurance practices.

What You Will Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes, financial and operational data, and KPI frameworks.
  • High attention to detail, a structured working style, and a commitment to delivering accurate and reliable results.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and communicate progress proactively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, or AI-powered productivity tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
