Praktikum Personalmanagement
Aufgabenschwerpunkte
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Aufgaben im operativen Tagesgeschäft der Personalabteilung
- Selbständige Bearbeitung personalwirtschaftlicher Fragestellungen
- Unterstützung des Bewerbungsprozesses inkl. Betreuung des Bewerbermanagements
- Mitwirkung an aktuellen HR-Projekten
- Studium im betriebswirtschaftlichen bzw. wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Umfeld
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Personalarbeit über einschlägige Praktika
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme
- Freude am eigenständigen Arbeiten
- hohes Maß an Motivation und Organisationsgeschick
