Deine Aufgaben
- Als Garant für die reibungslose Funktionalität und Überwachung aller technischen Prozesse stellst Du sicher, dass offizielle Spieldaten erfasst und herausragende Videolösungen bereitgestellt werden
- In engem Kontakt mit Kunden und Stakeholdern – sowohl intern als auch extern – wird eine effektive Kommunikation gewährleistet, sodass deren Anliegen und Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden
- Deine Verantwortung umfasst den erfolgreichen Betrieb der Systeme und Lösungen während Live-Spielen. Dabei wird in Echtzeit gearbeitet, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen und den Kunden ein erstklassiges Ergebnis zu bieten
- Zudem trägst Du dazu bei, die Supportprozesse für die Teams zu verbessern
- Deine Ideen und Vorschläge sind jederzeit willkommen, um effizientes Arbeiten zu ermöglichen und den bestmöglichen Service bereitzustellen
Dein Profil
- Aktives Studium (idealerweise im höheren Semester Informatik) an einer Universität oder Hochschule
- Gute IT-Grundlagenkenntnissen, z.B. Netzwerke, Datenbanken usw.
- Allgemeine Kenntnisse der Cloud-Technologie, insbesondere AWS
- Erfahrungen in IT-Projekten oder in der Datenanalyse sind von Vorteil
- Du behältst auch unter Druck einen klaren Kopf und kommunizierst schnell und präzise
- Bereitschaft zu Abend-, Wochenend- und gelegentlicher Nachtarbeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
