Deine Aufgaben
- Übernimm eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Funktion und Überwachung aller technischen Prozesse, die für die Erfassung und Bereitstellung offizieller Spieldaten sowie hochwertiger Videolösungen erforderlich sind
- Arbeite eng mit internen und externen Kunden sowie Stakeholdern zusammen, um eine klare Kommunikation sicherzustellen und ihre Anliegen sowie Anforderungen effektiv zu erfüllen
- Verantworte den störungsfreien Betrieb unserer Systeme und Lösungen während Live-Spielen
- Sorge dafür, dass alle Abläufe in Echtzeit reibungslos laufen, um unseren Kunden ein erstklassiges Erlebnis zu garantieren
- Verbessere Supportprozesse, um die Teamarbeit effizienter zu gestalten
- Die Tätigkeit findet nahezu ausschließlich an Wochenenden sowie in den Abend- und Nachtstunden statt
Dein Profil
- Aktives Studium an einer Universität oder Hochschule
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck den Überblick zu behalten
- Klare, präzise Kommunikation – auch in zeitkritischen oder herausfordernden Situationen
- Bereitschaft zu Abend-, Wochenend- und Nachtarbeit
- Gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
