Intern People & Culture Systems Support

Join our central People & Culture (P&C) Systems Support team and contribute to the effective operation and continuous improvement of our global HR systems. In this role, you will help ensure high data quality, provide support to employees worldwide, and contribute to an efficient user experience across our HR technology landscape. You will work in an international environment and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.

YOUR TASKS

• You are part of the central People & Culture (P&C) Systems Support Team.
• Provide first-level support to the organization on topics related to our global P&C systems (SAP SuccessFactors, UKG DMS, etc.).
• Support the local P&C community with guidance and explanations regarding questions that arise.
• Facilitate data corrections and system reporting to improve overall data quality.
• Actively contribute to improving system usability by providing feedback to module owners and process owners.
• Assist with system administration tasks such as testing, documentation, and change management.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Willingness to gradually build expertise in Nordex's P&C systems.
• Experience with SuccessFactors or UKG Document Management is an advantage (both administrative and technical).
• Willingness to support employees around the world through ticketing systems and by responding to inquiries.
• Ability to independently review documentation and instructions related to operational topics.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills are required.
• Analytical mindset and affinity for IT systems, data, and technical topics.
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused personality.
• Familiarity with basic Excel functions for data analysis and data maintenance (e.g., filtering, lookups, formulas, formatting).
