Your responsibilities
- You support with daily operations of Treasury and reporting to internal stakeholders and other external stakeholders in China. Administration of contracts and loan agreements.
- You are steering various Treasury & Finance Methods’ team projects by coordinating deadlines, bringing together various team members to deliver on the project inputs, provide status update to the overall team.
- You support in Accounts Receivables processes and KPI achievements, in order to improve liquidity and cash flow.
What you bring along
- You study in administration, finance, economics, or other finance specialty.
- Any prior working experience in a finance team within a multinational organization is a plus.
- You have strong user experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- You have basic user experience with Power BI dashboards and some working experience with SAP is beneficial.
- You are able to work independently and also within a diverse team.
- You are self motivated and open to solve new challenges, are Confident and self assured to communicate independently with stakeholders.
- English language competency is essential. Chinese is a plus.
