Objective of job
RD EU EE team is responsible of EE integration testing activities in EU including OTA & App related function testing before the features to be launched in the customer vehicles in EU.
Candidates for this position will be responsible for testing and vehicle preparations in terms of software flashing, data acquisition, issue debugging of all OTA related features in close collaboration with HQ RD team
Task description
Software testing planning
- Support to develop and adjust testing conditions in vehicle level across Infotainment & Telematics & Comfort E/E domains to accommodate EU specific environment and requirement
- Support to develop testing procedures Infotainment & Telematics & Comfort E/E domains to meet major use cases in EU to evaluate and approve the vehicle functions before software release
Testing vehicle planning and preparation
- Ensure the testing vehicle retrofit to target SW and HW according to the testing planning
Testing execution and report
- Conduct EE integration testing for each OTA release and create SWIM tickets to document testing findings
- Generate testing summary report in Infotainment & Telematics domains
- Team internal support, support testing engineer other test related work
Qualification
Education
- Student of Electrical engineering, electronic engineering, communication engineering or other engineering background
Knowledge / Functional Expertise
- Basic understanding of MS office tools, mainly Excel, PPT
- Knowledge of the vehicle diagnosis tools CANOE (CAN/LIN/Flexray) is a plus
Key Competencies / Soft Skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and numeric skills with a results-oriented personality
- Knowledge of project management principles including use of project management tools
- Able to work independent and self-manage the daily activity
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, Chinese language or other European language is a plus
- EU valid driving license and solid driving skills
- Ability to travel
- Flexible working scheme
