As a Marketing Intern at smart Europe, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing functions, including brand management, digital marketing, events, communications, and campaign execution. You will support the marketing team in day-to-day activities, coordinate projects, assist with content creation, and help analyze campaign performance. This role offers a comprehensive insight into the automotive industry and the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment. You will play a key supporting role while developing a broad understanding of modern marketing practices.
Task description
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various channels.
- Monitor campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Help track campaign performance and prepare basic reporting analyses.
2. Digital Marketing & Content
- Support the management of digital marketing and social media content.
- Assist in creating presentations, newsletters, and marketing copy.
- Coordinate content updates with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
3. Events & Brand Activation
- Support the organization and execution of events, product launches, and brand activations.
- Assist with event logistics, supplier coordination, and attendee communication.
- Help prepare event materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Collect and summarize feedback and results from marketing events.
- Support the maintenance and organization of documents and materials, ensuring content is up to date, and well-structured.
- Assist with updating and maintaining the brand and product heritage section of the company website.
- Support the onboarding process of an external service provider, including coordination of information, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Help prepare presentations, briefing materials, and other communication assets for PR-related projects and activities.
5. Marketing Operations & Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, and track action items.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects and operational tasks as needed.
