You'll make an impact by
- You support the team in ongoing ticket handling activities across various IT projects and services, ensuring that incoming requests are received, analysed, categorised, and prioritised within the myIT platform
- Building on this, you coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of tickets, maintaining effective communication with users and providing clear updates throughout the ticket lifecycle
- Additionally, you assist in preparing and updating service-related documentation, knowledge articles, and user guidance materials to enhance user experience and knowledge sharing
- To further improve service quality, you help identify recurring issues and proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT service environment
- Finally, you support the team with organisational and administrative activities related to project operations, ensuring smooth and compliant workflows
This Is How You'll Win Us Over
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, business informatics, information systems, or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- Initial practical experience with the myIT platform
- Good understanding of ticket management processes, including intake, categorisation, prioritisation, assignment, tracking, and user communication
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into user-oriented communication
- Ways of Working: You work reliably, are proactive, and communicate clearly in a team environment
- Languages: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
