What You'll Build

You will support a fast-growing organizational unit in establishing structure, transparency, and reliable reporting processes. Your focus will be to ensure that information flows smoothly across teams and that reporting is complete, accurate, and on time. You will work closely with the Administrative Lead and act as a central point to maintain oversight and coordination.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and run the weekly reporting process across multiple teams
  • Collect, track, and consolidate inputs from stakeholders
  • Proactively follow up on missing or inconsistent data
  • Prepare structured management reports in PowerPoint
  • Maintain tracking overviews (topics, deadlines, action items)
  • Identify gaps and highlight risks early

What You Bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Data / Information Management, or a related field
  • Computer skills / Programming languages: Confident in MS PowerPoint, solid knowledge of Outlook and Excel, experience with Jira is a plus or willingness to learn
  • Language skills: Fluent English, fluent German
  • Soft skills: Highly structured and detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership and reliability, able to work independently, confident in following up with stakeholders, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion
  • Other important skills / experience: First practical experience (e.g. internships, student jobs, or university projects) in coordination, organization, or data / reporting topics is a plus; experience in managing tasks or ensuring completeness is highly valued
  • Working from Walldorf / St.Leon-Rot office at least once per week is required

You will join the SAP Knowledge Graph team—an international group of highly motivated experts dedicated to capturing, structuring, and delivering knowledge that empowers both people and AI, within SAP and for our customers.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will help build scalable structures and ensure smooth operations across teams. This role offers unique insights into organizational management and provides the opportunity to actively shape how teams collaborate, align, and deliver results.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
