What You'll Build
You will support transforming ideas into clear, structured, and professional output. Your role will focus on creating presentations, preparing communication, and organizing team formats and events. You will work closely with the Administrative Lead and help bring clarity to complex topics.
Your responsibilities
- Create PowerPoint presentations based on rough input
- Structure and refine documents and concepts
- Draft internal communication such as emails and updates
- Prepare materials for workshops and meetings
- Support organization of team events including logistics
- Maintain and update content in SharePoint or similar tools
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Communication, Media Management, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a related field
- Computer skills / Programming languages: Strong skills in MS PowerPoint (structuring and visualizing content), confident in Outlook and Microsoft Teams, experience with Visual Studio Code and Docusaurus [OL1.1] or similar collaboration tools is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent English, fluent German
- Soft skills: Strong ability to structure and simplify complex input, proactive mindset with the ability to create first drafts independently, good sense for clear and professional communication, reliable and comfortable working independently, hands-on attitude and willingness to support operational tasks
- Other important skills / experience: First experience in content creation, presentation preparation, communication, or event organization (e.g. through internships, student jobs, or university projects) is a plus; ability to translate ideas into clear outputs is highly valued
- Working from Walldorf / St.Leon-Rot office at least once per week is required
You will be part of a dynamic and growing unit at SAP in Walldorf. Working closely with leadership, you will contribute to building scalable structures and ensuring smooth operations across teams. This role provides unique insights into organizational management and offers the opportunity to actively shape how teams collaborate and report.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
