WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS
As a Strategic People Projects Working Student at remberg, you will support key initiatives across employer branding, talent acquisition, culture activation, and people operations. You will work closely with the People team to enhance our employer brand, improve candidate experience, and drive internal engagement.
THE IMPACT YOU'LL HAVE
- Culture & Employee Experience: Plan and organize internal events and team formats that reinforce and celebrate remberg's company culture.
- People operations: Assist with HR processes and onboarding, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of our people operations.
- Talent acquisition: Support our hiring process by ensuring smooth, engaging, and professional interactions with candidates.
- People development: Support the setup of our Learning & Development program and help create meaningful growth opportunities for the team.
- Employer branding: Support the development and execution of our employer branding strategy, including creating and posting social media content.
HOW YOU'LL GROW WITH US
- Proactive & creative mindset: Bring a self-driven, hands-on approach with the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
- Communication skills: Very strong written and spoken skills in both German and English (C1 level minimum).
- HR & recruitment interest: Passion for HR, recruitment, and building scalable people processes in a growing company.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and embrace new challenges.
- Social media knowledge (bonus): Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
- Student status: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and available for at least 16 hours/week.

Weekly hours
Working students may work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and full-time during the breaks. Staying within this keeps your student status and the Werkstudent benefits.
