YOUR MISSION:

  • Contribute to project and operational activities within Business Supporting Solutions, including documentation, communications, user training, release coordination, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Support the global rollout and ongoing operation of PUMA internal solutions, including the PUMA Card Program (Employee Card, Discount Card) and Electronic Signature solutions
  • Assist with day-to-day user support and act as a point of contact for technical and user-related requests
  • Support administrative and coordination activities, including meeting organization, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for management update meetings, project reviews, and steering committees
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, training materials, knowledge bases, and process guides
  • Support testing activities and help ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with international teams and gain insights into PUMA’s global organization, processes, and digital landscape.

YOUR TALENT:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Interest in digital solutions, global rollouts, and user-facing technologies
  • Affinity for documentation, training, process improvement, and user support topics
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Fluent in English; German is considered a plus
  • Start date: 01.10.2026; Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension.
