YOUR MISSION:
- Support the Project Management Team in the day-to-day management of global Business Unit campaign creative plans, including timelines, workflows, resource management, and communication for Business Unit (Sportstyle)
- Support the primary contact with the Business Unit, PUMA Internal Creative Services team, external agency partners, and key internal/external project stakeholders
- Assist in providing regular updates to Creative Project Management leadership to ensure projects are on track
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of key planning documents, meetings, meeting recaps, deliverable documents and presentations
- Assist in managing the creative project workflows of assigned projects including project reporting
- Coordinate the creative KPI feedback loop for all major campaigns with global and regional counterparts
- Support to maintain and update Project Management tool data (ASANA)
- Quality control of Marketing Campaign Guidelines for final global distribution to markets
- Support the production team with product & sample preparations for photo and video shoots.
- Enrolled student in relevant studies such as Marketing, International Business, Sports Management, Business administration or similar
- Interest in and passion for Project Management and Sportstyle
- Excellent English skills (verbally and written)
- Very good MS-Office skills
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communicator, independent and well-organized working style
- Highly committed and flexible team player, creative and detail oriented
- Starting date: 01.09.2026; Duration: 6 months.
