ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Working Student - Partner Sales, Benelux and Nordics Market (m/f/d) to join our team and come to our Berlin office (hybrid).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the Partner Sales team with administrative tasks, including onboarding documentation, CRM data entry, and pipeline tracking
  • Assisting with template updates as needed and providing customer support via phone and email
  • Conduct research on potential partners, competitors, and market trends to identify new business opportunities as needed
  • Support the management of customers referred by our partners, from the initial handover through onboarding and activation.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering tailored demos of the Pliant solution based on each customer’s needs.
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process and proactively follow up on outstanding information and documentation.
  • Create and maintain customer deals in our CRM and internal platform, ensuring accurate data, clear next steps and transparent pipeline tracking.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Risk and Compliance teams to help resolve onboarding blockers and keep all stakeholders informed.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Previous work experience in the banking or financial services industry in a customer facing role is an advantage but not essential as we will offer full training and support
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisations skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A willingness to learn and develop your career in a fast paced Fintech environment
  • English fluency to a business level is a must, additional European languages (particularly Dutch, French, Nordic and Swedish) would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Berlin based ideally - hybrid work model in place
