Position title: SAP Treasury & Working Capital Management iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Strategic Sales & GTM Support
Location: Berlin, Germany
Internship duration: 6 –12 months
- You will work directly with the GTM Head for Treasury and Working Capital Management as well as the GTM team on strategic sales initiatives — identifying high-potential customer accounts, supporting customer webinars and workshops (e.g., the Autonomous Cash Management series), creating bilingual (EN/DE) content, and coordinating across a global team spanning AEs, Marketing, and Sales Operations.
- Your work directly contributes to pipeline development and customer engagement in one of SAP’s most strategic solution areas. From building targeted account lists to supporting executive outreach and content campaigns, each deliverable creates tangible value for the GTM team’s growth objectives.
- You are part of the team and will take over your own projects where you will collaborate with an international team spanning Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Field Sales. You will receive regular guidance and have the freedom to take ownership of your projects from day one.
- You will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise B2B sales strategy, GTM execution, treasury and working capital solutions, stakeholder communication, bilingual content creation (EN/DE), account targeting, and cross-functional collaboration in a global, fast-paced environment.
- This is a paid, strategic global internship (SAP iXp) based in Berlin, running 6–12 months. You will be part of a close-knit team that genuinely invests in your development where your contributions are visible and valued from day one.
We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, International Management, Economics, or a related field (e.g., ESCP, WHU, Mannheim, or equivalent).
- Exposure to sales, finance, or B2B environments through internships, projects, or coursework is a plus.
- Essential: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SharePoint, collaboration tools. Nice-to-have: CRM systems, SAP solution knowledge, LinkedIn content creation.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong ownership mindset; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; open and collaborative communicator; comfortable working independently across cultures and time zones.
- Fluent English (C1/C2), both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
- Regular presence in Berlin office is appreciated; hybrid model with flexibility.
Be part of SAP Next Gen, a global community for students, universities, schools and educational partners, who are passionate about innovation and technology.
- Culture of Collaboration: Partner with experienced SAP colleagues and expert mentors who will support your growth. Grow professionally through personalized mentoring, coaching, and career development support.
- Project-driven Experience: Kickstart your career with hands-on learning experience, making an impact from day one by contributing to meaningful projects that help the world run better. You’ll have endless learning resources at your fingertips and gain future-ready skills from a variety of virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning sessions, cultivated just for you, and aligned with our learning approach.
- Gain Visibility: Build relationships with leaders and peers across teams and functions. Showcase your ideas, skills, and creativity in a global, fast-paced environment. Open doors for future career opportunities within SAP and beyond.
Curious, proactive, and reliable. Someone who takes initiative without waiting to be asked, communicates openly, and is energized by contributing to a global enterprise sales mission.
Regular team calls, bilateral check-ins, shared documents on SharePoint, and a culture of direct, timely communication. Despite being spread across geographies, the team operates as a tight unit.
Direct exposure to executive decision-making, GTM strategy, and enterprise sales. Clear pathways into customer-facing roles within SAP’s Finance & Supply Chain portfolio, including Customer Success Management and Account Executive tracks.
You sit at the intersection of finance, technology, and enterprise sales strategy — working on one of SAP’s most dynamic solution areas, with direct mentorship from the GTM Head and visibility across a global team.
