Are you ready to build the bridge between the world’s biggest brands and our customers? At Picnic, we’re reshaping the way people shop for groceries through our app-only, data-driven model. As a Partnerships Intern in Düsseldorf, you’ll support our collaborations with top brand partners right from the heart of our Commercial team. This role is the perfect blend of analytics and communication- ideal for students who are both data-driven and creative, with a strong sense of ownership and a "hands-on" mentality.
What Challenges Await You
- Support Internal Account Management: Coordinate the essential tasks that keep our supplier partnerships thriving- from preparing high-impact presentations and drafting campaign copy to managing critical project timelines.
- Unlock Data insights: Dive deep into SQL and Tableau to transform campaign and customer data into actionable intelligence that drives internal decision-making and high-level reporting.
- Cross-functional Communication: You’ll collaborate with specialized teams like Marketing, Operations, and Analytics to ensure the seamless planning and execution of our brand campaigns.
- Impactful Content Creation: You’ll develop everything from creative marketing copy to strategic campaign summaries, ensuring our mission is clear and our results are visible to all stakeholders.
- Ideally in the final stages of your Bachelor’s or already pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, E-Commerce, Analytics, Retail, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset- you enjoy working with data and translating insights into business recommendations.
- Eye for detail to make sure no wrong price slips into the app.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel and dashboards, ideally first experience with Tableau.
- Interest in retail, FMCG, digital grocery, pricing, or commercial strategy.
- Organizational skills and a proactive mindset - able to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- You enjoy bouncing ideas around, asking questions, and bringing energy to the team.
- Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
- Kickstart your career: Join our international team in an environment that fosters real growth and an “Act like an Owner” mentality. Here, you’ll have the chance to drive projects independently, test new ideas, and see firsthand how your work makes an impact within our fast-growing company.
- Fuel for Winners: Enjoy fresh, free breakfasts and lunches every day in our office, along with all the snacks and fruit you need to stay fueled.
- Unforgettable Moments: From our legendary annual ski trip, our massive Christmas parties, to parties featuring our very own Picnic band, we make sure our milestones are celebrated in style.
- A modern working space: Work from our newly renovated office built for collaboration, with flexible working hours and 15 vacation days (based on a 6-month internship).
- Well-being & Balance: Professional mental health support via OpenUp. Plus, our dog-friendly policy means your four-legged friend is a welcome guest upon request.
- The Essentials: We provide the tools for success, including a laptop and access to exclusive Corporate Benefits discounts for travel, tech and more.
