M&A Intern (m/w/d) – Frankfurt
NEX Partners is an independent M&A advisory firm focused on advising entrepreneurs, founders and investors on mergers, acquisitions and strategic transactions.
We are looking for highly motivated interns who want to gain hands-on experience in M&A, work on live transactions and learn directly from experienced dealmakers in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
What you will do
- Support financial modelling and valuation analyses
- Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, teasers and Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs)
- Conduct company, industry and market research
- Support due diligence processes and transaction execution
- Participate in client meetings, management presentations and investor discussions
- Work alongside senior team members on live domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
What we are looking for
- Strong academic performance at a leading university or business school
- Studies in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Genuine interest in M&A, corporate finance and entrepreneurship
- High level of motivation, attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills in German & English
