We deliver bespoke alternative investment solutions across real estate, private equity and debt, combining institutional standards with an entrepreneurial, owner-managed culture.
We are looking for a sharp, versatile working student to support our team on the operational and commercial side of the business – across investment, transactions, capital raising and corporate topics.

• Sales & Business Development: Support sales and business development initiatives, from market research and outreach to client-facing documents.
• Business Modeling: Contribute to financial and business modeling, market analysis and the preparation of strategic decision papers.
• Presentations: Create and refine high-quality PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks and investment materials for investors and partners.
• Legal & Corporate: Assist with legal, corporate and company-law matters (Gesellschaftsrecht) – drafting, reviewing and organising documentation in a regulated environment.
• Management & Team Support: Provide general support to senior management and colleagues on day-to-day operational and commercial projects.
Required Skills and Profile
• Education: Studying finance, economics, business administration or law – candidates with an investment banking, corporate finance or private markets orientation, as well as law / Rechtswissenschaften students with an interest in corporate and company law, are very welcome.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and financial-modeling skills, structured and commercially minded, with an eye for detail.
• Presentation Skills: Strong command of PowerPoint and a talent for turning content into clear, polished presentations.
• Mindset: Switched-on, reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Languages: Excellent English skills; German is a strong advantage, especially for legal and corporate topics.
What We Offer
• Responsibility: Direct exposure to senior management and real commercial responsibility.
• Insight: An inside view of investment, deal-making, capital raising and corporate governance at an international AIFM.
