Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Support the evaluation and analysis of potential investment opportunities
  • Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and detailed financial analyses
  • Develop internal and external presentations, as well as decision memos for investment committees
  • Conduct market, location, and property due diligence analyses
  • Coordinate and support due diligence processes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Liaise with fund management, asset management, and development departments to ensure alignment
  • Communicate effectively with advisors, property owners, and brokerage firms
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team

Are you our next Intern Transactions (f/m/d)?

  • Advanced studies in a business-related or economics-oriented field, ideally with a focus on real estate or finance
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and structured approach to work
  • Team-oriented with high levels of commitment and motivation
  • Ability to work independently and meticulously on tasks

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
