Special Setup: We are looking for someone who can first join in-person with our team in hackerhouses in Latin America (next Mexico) and later in the US.

Tasks
We are offering a unique internship where you can work on engineering the best outbound system leveraging the smartest outreach approaches & tools on the market.
What you will be doing:
- Scaling our email infrastructure from being able to send a million emails per year to millions per month - we want to engage with all top-tier talents and are building the agentic infrastructure for it
- Set up different tests and analyse results
- Continuously refining our AI copy & prompts to optimise conversion over time
- Building lead lists and segmenting the TAM
As we are quickly growing and see a massive tech challenge in automating the work of the $600B global headhunting industry, we are looking for a rockstar intern. You will work directly with our Co-Founder Alex and work on our product.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in building lead lists and email campaigns - ideally in Clay, Instantly and similar tools
- Experience in prompt engineering / refinement
- Ideally engienering experience (APIs, vibe coding etc)
- Worked in fast-paced environments (e.g. start-ups, consulting, VC)
- Enjoy handling multiple projects in parallel, balancing chaos
- Open for the start-up grind (currently working 7 days a week)

Weekly hours
Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
