Hosting more than 300 events annually, it brings together founders, operators, industry leaders, investors, and policymakers to dive deep into AI infrastructure and applied AI across sectors such as healthcare, biotech, industrials, and the future of work.

- The AI House, with its flagship meeting held annually during the World Economic Forum, features contributions from pioneers like Yann LeCun, Andrew Ng, Yoshua Bengio, Raquel Urtasun, and investor Ray Dalio.
We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial mind to join us growing the Merantix AI Campus. As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll be at the heart of building an community-first organization - helping drive momentum, excellence, and purpose at the frontier of AI.
You’ll also play a vital role in amplifying the voice of our AI ecosystem by creating compelling, strategic, and educational content for a global audience. You’ll work closely with our marketing team, to showcase and amplify the meaningful work, insights, and people building the future of AI.
Your profile
- Work hand-in-hand with the growth team to own, execute, and steer a wide range of high-impact growth projects.
- Strengthen relationships with the leading AI startups, AI infrastructure companies, investors and industry leaders - building bridges and keeping our community growing.
- Shape the topics of our events and initiatives - bringing your ideas to the table to spotlight the most relevant topics and individuals in the world of AI.
- Keep our engine running smoothly by ensuring project materials and communication are sharp, timely, and aligned with our stakeholders.
- Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies aligned with business and community goals.
- Creation of multimedia promotion for events, and producing post-event content (e.g. posters, event recaps, social media posts, photos, video snippets, etc.).
We are looking for extraordinarily driven and capable talent with an outstanding track record. You (are):
- Driven by entrepreneurship and possess a growth mindset;
- Excel at multitasking, prioritizing, and proactively finding creative solutions to drive results;
- You have solid knowledge of marketing, content creation, graphic design, social media, or video production;
- Have previously at least done one internships in a similar environment;
- Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with an in-depth attention to detail;
- You are comfortable navigating and discussing topics related to AI and innovation, and are curious to dive deeper into the space.
- You are experienced with common design and production tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, AfterEffects, Canva, Figma, etc; and
- Based in Berlin.

Weekly hours
Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
