To support team Shop Management, we are searching for an Intern App Experience (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
What You Will Do
- Operational execution of app communication campaigns and performance evaluation.
- Preparing app performance analysis, reporting and data analysis to identify new potential or focus points.
- Customer journey optimization through performance analysis & A/B testing for the app communication (research, creating concepts and presentations).
- Support the App Experience Team in their daily business (e.g. communication campaigns, Apple Search Ads optimization, App Store Optimization, competitors’ research, etc.)
- App release support and testing, in close collaboration with the Product Management team.
- Student or recent graduate of business studies, marketing or e-commerce
- First practical work experience, ideally in e-commerce, app/mobile marketing, digital marketing
- High online affinity and a keen sense for trends in the e-commerce business
- Very good analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- First knowledge of app/mobile marketing is an advantage
- Keen eye for details and capacity to take responsibility
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Mobile office with up to 20% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting)
- 2 days of vacation for every full calendar month of employment
- A monthly gross salary of 2,409.00€ for voluntary internships, or a monthly gross salary of 1,150.00€ for mandatory internships
