Your STADA+ Business Case
In this STADA+ case, you will support the assessment of selected digital and customer-centric growth opportunities for STADA Consumer Health.
Your focus will be on:
- Analyzing strategic opportunities in a changing digital landscape
- Evaluating implications for business models, processes and capabilities
- Structuring insights and developing well-founded recommendations
- Work on the initial setup of your recommendation
What You Can Expect
- Ownership of a real, strategically relevant STADA+ business case
- Hands-on exposure to digital, commercial and strategic topics
- Close collaboration with experienced stakeholders and experts
- A fast-paced, entrepreneurial and global working environment
- The opportunity to challenge existing approaches and contribute new perspectives
- You are currently enrolled in an advanced stage of your Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s program
- You bring a background or strong interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, data, technology or digital business
- You work fast, agile and solution-oriented, even in ambiguous situations
- You enjoy challenging the status quo and thinking beyond existing models
- You combine analytical thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset
- You are curious, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility
- You have excellent English communication skills; German skills are a plus but not required
