Internship Human Resources Development - Focus Learning (m/f/d)

Time period

• From mid-January 2027 for a period of 6 months

Tasks

• Contribute to the conceptual development and expansion of our global learning and qualification portfolio, including e-learning, classroom training, blended learning, and social learning
• Develop and design specific learning content and materials
• Actively contribute to ongoing projects, e.g. in the areas of digitalization and transformation
• Maintain and create editorial content for our MAHLE connect communities (Enterprise Social Network)
• Support international HR colleagues and various business functions on training and learning-related topics

Requirements

• Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in media education, psychology, educational sciences, or a related field
• Very good English language skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of and strong interest in didactics, learning methodologies, and innovative learning formats
• Independent, goal-oriented, and reliable way of working
