Intern | Talent Management (m/f/d)

Job description:

Become a part of our strong TRATON Group HR Talent Management Team by joining us earliest from January 2027. 

• You will support activities and projects within Leadership Development, Learning and Development, Culture, and Talent Management
• You will take own responsibility for drafting new concepts and carrying out sub-projects (as needed by the team), including conceptualizing the idea, involving key stakeholders, preparing the roll-out and communication
• You will collect information, prepare and present presentations for meetings, events and internal communications

Profile description:

• You are currently a university student in a relevant field with first experiences and knowledge about HR and Talent Management
• You are a positive team player with good communication skills, interested in collaborating with colleagues from different brands and nationalities
• You have good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• You have good analytical skills
• You are fluent in English; German skills are a plus
