Time period
- From May 2027 for a period of 6 months
Tasks
- Support the global implementation and execution of our annual Performance Management cycle and succession planning process.
- Independently organize and prepare global talent calibration conferences, including stakeholder communication and coordination.
- Create presentations, reports, and enablement materials for international stakeholders, including senior leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Support the development and maintenance of global Performance Management reporting and dashboards.
- Contribute to system-related improvements by conducting testing, validating process steps, and reviewing system translations.
Requirements
- Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, ideally with a focus on HR, People Analytics, or Reporting.
- High ability to work independently with a structured, detail-oriented, and reliable approach.
- Excellent intercultural communication skills and a global mindset.
- High affinity for IT systems, data analysis, and digital tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
