Time period
- From March 2027 for a period of 6 months
Tasks
- Contribute to IT Innovation & Digitalization and support the IT Innovation and Technology, Digitalization Solution and Facilitation, and Digitalization Strategy and Adoption teams
- Support the execution, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of international, company-wide AI and digitalization projects, including the associated requirements management
- Key project focus areas (examples):
- Process automation using AI (generative AI, agentic AI)
- Application of agentic AI, generative AI, machine learning, and computer vision
- Cross-functional feasibility studies (proofs of concept) related to digitalization and AI
- Strategic communications and change management related to digitalization and AI (including enablement and learning)
- Prepare for and follow up on various project meetings in collaboration with the Project Management Office and the project team
Requirements
- Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered
- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business information systems, or a comparable field—ideally at the master's level
- Interest in project management (Scrum, agile methodologies), process management, AI, and digitalization topics
- Strong interest in new technologies, particularly in the fields of AI and digitalization
- Responsible, organized, communicative, and results-oriented approach to work
- Good written and spoken English skills
