Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities – Make an Impact:

• Support our international recruiting team with daily operations and ongoing projects;
• Assist in sourcing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline in close collaboration with recruiters;
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional experience;
• Translate and edit job descriptions to ensure clarity and consistency;
• Post job advertisements and monitor incoming applications.
  
  

Your Profile – What You Bring:

• You are currently enrolled at a German university with at least one year remaining in your studies, ideally in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
• You have a genuine interest in Human Resources - prior experience in Recruitment is a plus;
• You demonstrate strong self-organization, independence, and a dynamic approach to work;
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills, and proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Turkish, French, Italian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian and/or German.
