Working Student HR Data and Systems (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about data and systems?

KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a Working Student HR Data and Systems (m/f/d) with 20 hours/week to join our Global Business Operations (GBO) in Berlin. In this role, you will support the team in leveraging systems, data, and reporting to drive efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in improving HR processes through smart use of digital tools and analytics.

Your tasks – Where challenge meets responsibility:

• Support the maintenance and optimization of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, reporting tools, Excel-based solutions)
• Assist in the preparation, validation, and analysis of HR data (e.g., headcount, personnel costs, payroll-related data)
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support HR business decisions
• Ensure data quality and consistency across HR systems and reports
• Contribute to the automation and digitalization of HR processes (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, Excel-based tools)
• Support internal stakeholders (HRBPs, Controlling, Payroll) with data requests and ad-hoc analyses
• Participate in ongoing HR transformation projects and system enhancements
• Document processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

What we are looking for:

• You are currently studying, ideally with a focus on Data Analytics, Information Systems or similar
• You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or similar tools is a plus
• A high level of customer and service orientation is one of your strengths
• For you, teamwork means supporting each other, solving problems together and learning together
• You are not satisfied with the status quo, and you are looking for opportunities to accomplish your tasks even better and more efficiently
• You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. German is not mandatory
