For KWS Berlin GmbH, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to support HR Topics for Top Management. From our office in Berlin, you will support us in the implementation and development of our global HR strategy for senior leaders across our global organization. This opp ortunity is for a 12-months contract, 20 hours per week, and hybrid (40% remote).

Your responsibilities:
- You support different HR projects and communication for different stakeholders
- As part of the team, you organize meetings, and you take care of the documentation
- You will support improving internal processes
- You support and work on internal guidelines
- With your willingness to go into detail, you take over research tasks and prepare background materials for decision-making processes
- You are a registered student in the field of economics, human resources, psychology, social science or a related field, with a minimum of 2 semesters left of studies;
- You already have experience in HR: even better!
- You are self-organized, reliable and detail orientated;
- Working in a team is important for you, but you are also able to work independently;
- International working environments and different cultures are your passion;
- You are fluent in English and German;
- Located in Berlin/Brandenburg.
