- Eigenständige Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Texten, Newsartikeln, Präsentationen, Videos und Grafiken für die interne Kommunikation
- Unterstützung bei der Bespielung und Weiterentwicklung interner Kommunikationskanäle (z. B. Intranet, Screens, Newsletter)
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung interner Kommunikationskampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit HR & Unternehmenskommunikation
- Mitwirkung bei Projekten rund um die Arbeitgebermarke – von der Ideenfindung bis zur Umsetzung
- Spannende Beobachtung aktueller Kommunikations- und Employer Branding Trends sowie Ableitung von Impulsen für neue Formate
- Studium: Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaften, Mediengestaltung, Marketing, BWL (Schwerpunkt Personal/Marketing) oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Kreativität und Freude an Text, Gestaltung sowie visueller Kommunikation
- Erste Erfahrungen in Content Erstellung, Social Media, Grafik oder Video von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Schreibstil
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Lust, eigene Ideen einzubringen
- Top-Vergütung: Mindestens 16 € pro Stunde
