We are looking for a motivated IT Support Intern to join our team and provide technical support to end users in a dynamic, multinational environment. This role offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, preparing IT equipment. The intern will collaborate closely with experienced IT professionals across various functions, in international environment, gaining experience in infrastructure, network, and security topics.

This is a part-time, student-friendly position requiring on-site presence one day per week, in duration of at least one year, offering an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills, build professional experience, and grow within a global manufacturing company.


Your responsibilities will be to:


  • Provide first-level support to end users for IT-related issues
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems
  • Install, configure, and prepare computers and peripheral devices
  • Handle and process support tickets in the company’s ticketing system
  • Collaborate with other IT departments (e.g., Network, Infrastructure, Security) to resolve more complex incidents
  • Assist with ongoing IT projects (e.g., system updates, hardware replacements)


Our Requirements:


  • Active student status in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
  • Ability to install and configure computers and software
  • General understanding of computer networking (LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP basics)
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and user-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for communication with users and the IT team
