As a Working Student in Customer Care Operations, you will join the Commercial Product Integrations team and contribute to scaling our key services across our product portfolio and multiple brands. This role combines stakeholder mapping, resource analysis, and workflow automation, offering hands-on experience with modern AI tools and cross-brand operations.
You'll dig into real challenges: mapping stakeholders, analyzing resources, and building workflow automations that actually ship. You'll get hands-on with cutting-edge AI tools, collaborate with an international team, and turn global insights into action - all while delivering work that moves the needle.

Tasks
- Conduct resource assessments to evaluate how key services can be scaled effectively to additional brands.
- Build and implement workflow automations using modern tools such as Claude AI, n8n, and Google Workspace.
- Produce and maintain regular reporting on customer care metrics for selected products.
- Collaborate with international teams to bridge cross-brand operational gaps.
- Engage and align with various stakeholders across different business units to support process integration.
- You are currently enrolled at a university (mandatory requirement for a working student position).
- Availability to work between 16–20 hours a week (highly flexible around your lecture and study schedule).
- Strong interest or initial working background in technology, preferably in AI, process engineering, or automation.
- Initial skills or foundational knowledge in business analysis or project management.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders across various levels.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or similar workflow tools.
- Exposure to AI tools and large language model (LLM) workflows.
- Interest in organizational design, process engineering, or operational scaling.
- A natural curiosity for new technology developments and a proactive mindset.
