Join our Product Management team as a Working Student in Domains & SSL and help turn market, customer, and business insight into better product decisions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, evaluate performance, and support strategic product growth across German and international markets.
Tasks
- Product Management: Learn how product roadmaps, planning, and strategy come together across German and international markets.
- Market & Competitor Research: Track the hosting and domain landscape—competitor moves, pricing, positioning, and emerging trends—and translate findings into clear, actionable summaries for the team.
- Customer Care & Customer Insights: Work closely with Customer Care and Customer Insights teams to capture the voice of the customer, surfacing recurring pain points, feedback themes, and satisfaction signals to inform product decisions.
- Business & Commercial Analysis: Build commercial acumen by examining domain and SSL business performance, exploring underlying trends, and supporting business cases for new initiatives.
- Reporting & Insight: Help maintain and interpret KPI dashboards (Power BI, Looker) tracking product, market, and customer performance.
- Research Support: Contribute to market studies, benchmarking, and ad-hoc analyses that inform roadmap and strategy discussions.
- Innovation: Bring fresh ideas for analyzing markets, understanding customers, and sharpening decision-making processes.
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, International Management, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), or a related field.
- Curious and analytical mindset, comfortable working with both qualitative research and quantitative data.
- Confident with MS Office and Google Workspace tools; experience with Power BI or Looker is a plus, and basic Python knowledge is welcome.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in product strategy, markets, and overall business performance.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
