Internship Digital Innovation & SalonLab

About This Position

Work hands-on with three interconnected teams in the Digital Innovation, Brand Tech, and Ecosystems group from early-stage pilots to scaled digital products and support the piloting of new digital innovations while simultaneously contributing to the evolution and growth of established platforms like SalonLab and AI virtual assistants. Be an integral part of the team dedicated to elevating consumer and customer experiences and strengthening HCB’s brand equities through impactful digital innovation and scalable brand tech ecosystems.

What You´ll Do

• Full ownership of an individual project with strategic business impact – your chance to contribute to the next digital consumer must-have
• Active contribution to the digital innovation team for strategy and input into new digital products and use cases
• Gather consumer insights to generate strategic recommendations be it through market research, consumer interviews, observation or data analysis
• Full involvement in the agile working process including contribution to user stories, user journeys and features
• Close cooperation with other departments and agencies while working in an agile environment
• Strategic market and competition analysis to define market opportunities in the area of digital innovation und digital customer experience
• Detailed insights into the exciting world of consumer brands
• Actively contribute to the growth and momentum of the SalonLab brand by supporting digital development, content creation, customer support, and country-level coordination
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies, ideally focused on strategy, innovation or marketing
• Practical experience in agile working methods, digital product development, e-commerce or strategy consultancy is advantageous
• Fluency in English is required
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical and organizational skills with an interest in innovation and challenging the status quo
• Team-player with a high level of independence and ownership

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
