Working Student (m/f/d) Commercial AI Excellence

We are seeking a passionate and analytical working student to join our Commercial AI Excellence team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in identifying, developing, and scaling AI use cases within our commercial operations.

• Support the Commercial AI Excellence team in planning, coordinating, and executing AI initiatives
• Maintain project governance by updating and organizing program plans, action lists and decision logs
• Assist in status reporting and KPI tracking, creating clear and concise updates using PowerPoint and Excel
• Manage project documentation, ensuring organized and accessible files and templates
• Support stakeholder communication by creating informative materials, newsletters and intranet articles
• Contribute to enablement and adoption activities, developing training plans and materials
• Take ownership of assigned topics, working independently while coordinating with the team
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations, including workshop preparation and meeting documentation and stay updated on AI/digital trends and best practices and share insights with the team

Qualifications

• Enrolled Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems or Data/AI, with at least 12 months of studies remaining
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
• Self-motivation, proactiveness and the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills in English, with clear and concise writing and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as experience with Teams, SharePoint or Confluence is an asset
• Interest in AI, digital transformation and project management, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions

• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, as well as flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements
