What You Will Do

About Gnosis Pay

Gnosis Pay provides the API and card-program infrastructure that enables wallets, fintechs, and businesses to issue stablecoin-powered payment cards and create custom payment flows. Partners can easily connect on-chain wallets to real-world spending.

With our technology, users can spend stablecoins directly from their on-chain wallet using a Visa debit card. Transactions are executed through a secure smart-wallet rather than a traditional bank account, allowing users to retain full custody of their assets while paying anywhere Visa is accepted.

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, outgoing, and tech-savvy Business Development & Growth Intern to help drive our inbound and outbound sales initiatives. In this role, you will take ownership of lead qualification and high-volume top-of-funnel interactions, ensuring high-value opportunities are surfaced while maintaining a seamless experience for potential partners.

You don't need years of corporate sales experience to excel here as we can train you on our CRM and sales processes! What matters most is a natural sales mindset, drive, curiosity, and a passion for crypto, fintech, and Web3. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love leveraging AI tools to work smarter, and are eager to build a career in financial technology, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification & Management: Own the inbound lead pipeline end-to-end. Qualify inbound inquiries, manage high-volume initial touchpoints, and escalate high-potential opportunities to the Senior BD team.
  • Outbound Outreach: Build and execute cold email outreach sequences, assist with lead generation, and set up basic workflow automations.
  • Introductory Calls: Conduct initial discovery calls with smaller leads and high-volume prospects, representing Gnosis Pay and identifying partnership fit.
  • AI & Tooling Optimization: Actively use AI tools and modern sales software to streamline workflow, scale lead generation, and speed up research and outreach.
  • Team Operations Support: Help maintain clean CRM records, manage follow-ups, and support the broader sales team as they focus on enterprise accounts and global partner travel.

Who You Are

  • Mindset & Drive: Sales-oriented and self-motivated, with a high degree of confidence and comfort initiating conversations with external stakeholders.
  • Industry Interest: A clear passion for crypto, Web3, and fintech, with a desire to build a long-term career in the space.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, customer support, or sales) is a strong plus.
  • Tech-Forward: Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automations) and web tools to increase efficiency and speed up day-to-day execution.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently to potential clients.
  • Location & Flexibility: Fully remote. Willingness to occasionally travel to industry conferences and events as needed.

What We Can Offer You

  • Personal Development: Pursue your professional goals with our support, including personal education budgets and conference allowances. We invest in your growth and learning.
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Interested in exploring new ideas? Dedicate your Friday afternoons to research or work on a side project within our ecosystem. We encourage creativity and experimentation.
  • Flat Hierarchy: Navigate with ease in our organization. Our flat hierarchy ensures your ideas and contributions are valued and heard, without getting lost in a complex structure.
  • Flexible and Remote Work: Not a morning person? No problem! We embrace flexible working schedules and have a long-standing culture of remote work. Balance your professional and personal life in a way that works for you.
  • State-of-the-Art Equipment: Receive the latest hardware and all the tools you need. We make sure you're well-equipped to do your best work.
  • Growth and Opportunity: Grow with us in an exciting industry. As Gnosis rapidly expands, so do the opportunities for you to make a significant impact. We value initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Community and Mission: Join a team that's passionate about our mission and enjoys working together. We’re not just colleagues; we’re a community driven by a shared goal.

At Gnosis, we strive to create an inclusive environment that empowers our team members. We believe that our products and services benefit from our diverse backgrounds and experiences and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer: all qualified applicants are considered for positions regardless of race, ethnic origin, age, religion or belief, marital status, gender identification, sexual orientation, or physical ability.
