In this role, you will help set up new marketplace processes and continuously optimize seller onboarding to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This is your chance to gain real-world experience in a fast-moving e-commerce environment and help in transforming the pet industry.

As working student you will

  • Identify promising new sellers, evaluate the relevance of their product portfolios, and help build a strong lead pipeline
  • Analyze market and category trends to spot challenges and opportunities, and proactively propose improvements to our assortment
  • Support the full seller recruitment journey and guide new partners through onboarding to our marketplace platform
  • Create clear, engaging training materials for sellers, such as YouTube tutorials and PDF guides
  • Review existing processes, identify pain points, and help redesign them to be simpler and more efficient
  • Investigate seller issues, troubleshoot root causes, and coordinate solutions with internal teams
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and collaborate with other departments whenever your marketplace expertise is needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student (working towards a degree in Business Administration, or related field)
  • Available for working minimum 20 hours a week for at least one year
  • Self-motivated, high sense of ownership and autonomously taking responsibility for your tasks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Good experience in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English (German or French is a plus)

We trust each other to get the job done, which means you’ll benefit from hybrid working, spending 60% of your time in the office and 40% at home. There’s an option to work for 20 days abroad in approved countries too.
