WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • You take ownership of first-level IT support and resolve day-to-day issues across devices, tools, and access
  • You independently set up laptops and accounts for new joiners and ensure smooth onboarding
  • You manage user accounts and access in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
  • You keep track of our IT equipment and ensure everything is ready to use and up to date
  • You ensure our meeting rooms and setups run smoothly and step in when things break

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

  • You are currently studying in IT, computer science, or a related field (or have strong practical interest)
  • You have a basic understanding of IT systems (Windows, macOS, or similar)
  • You are highly proactive, hands-on, and take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
  • You are confident figuring things out independently and not afraid to troubleshoot
  • You enjoy solving problems and making things work reliably
  • You take pride in fixing problems quickly and thoroughly
