As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Creator Manager with creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking.
  • Support creator education and community management/engagement activations, review and onboard new managed creators.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new creators and increase content opportunities for all categories as basis for seller creator matchmaking.
  • Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase creator matchmaking and content improvement and contribute to creator growth&level upgrade .
  • Collecting and organizing creator feedback, and assisting in producing reports or actionable insights

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline.
  • Able to do an internship in 2026 for a minimum of 12 weeks
  • Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. And understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok
  • German and Arabic language skills to a fluent level to facilitate coordination with German and Arabic stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
  • Previous experience in influencer affiliate, content strategy, or e-commerce operations will be highly valued.
