Your Responsibilities
- Support the setup and launch of paid media campaigns (search, social, programmatic)
- Assist with targeting, budget allocation, and campaign implementation
- Upload, organize, and maintain creative assets across platforms
- Coordinate assets with creative teams and ensure platform compliance
- Support campaign trafficking, monitoring, and pacing checks
- Assist with budget tracking and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Help identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
- Support reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and creative teams
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in social sciences, work and organizational psychology, human resources, business studies, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English is required; German is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new digital tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, for up to 20 hours per week
- A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for people, transformation, and making a difference
