Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Mitarbeitern bieten wir dir im Rahmen eines Pflichtpraktikums (Dauer 6 Monate) Einblicke in die Aufgaben und Rollen der internationalen Personalarbeit in einem besonders dynamischen und herausfordernden Wettbewerbsumfeld.

Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

– Du unterstützt unser Team bei allen administrativen und operativen Aktivitäten

– Du betreust den gesamten Prozess des Employee Life Cycle (Recruitment, Onboarding, Retention und Exit)

– Du unterstützt die Kollegen im Bereich Payroll sowie dem Zeitwirtschaftsmanagement

– Du hilfst aktiv bei aktuellen HR-Projekten mit

Dein Profil

– Studiengang der Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften vorzugsweise mit Spezialisierung Personal, Organisation oder Psychologie

– Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

– Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office Paketes

– SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

– Ergebnisorientierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

– Gute Sprachfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
