The Role

Black Semiconductor is looking for a motivated Working Student P&C to support our People Experience & Development function as we continue to grow. In this role, you will contribute to designing, coordinating, and continuously improving initiatives related to learning, engagement, and performance.

You will work closely with the People team in Aachen to support the organization of training programs, employee engagement activities, and development processes. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to core People Development practices in a fast-growing, international semiconductor environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the People Experience & Development function in planning, coordinating, and improving learning and development initiatives.

  • Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and internal development activities.

  • Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives across the organization.

  • Support documentation, tracking, and coordination of development and people experience processes.

  • Help prepare materials, presentations, and communications related to learning and engagement initiatives.

  • Support the maintenance and organization of internal knowledge and development platforms.

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student in HR, Psychology, Business, Education, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in people development, learning, and organizational culture.

  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication skills in English and German (Dutch is a plus).

  • Basic understanding of HRIS systems and internal knowledge platforms.

  • Confident use of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

  • Experience with survey and feedback tools is beneficial, but not a must
